Setting up your event
  • Set a realistic date: give yourself time to train, to spread the word about your event, and to fundraise.

  • Who’s running? Will you run alone or with a buddy / group? â€‹

  • Set up a fundraising page: pop your event page up on JustGiving or another platform of your choice. We can help you set up the page with a logo or photos of our work.

  • Spread the word: let your network know through social media, email, or word of mouth. You could also put flyers in local venues. We’ll help on our socials too.

  • Involve your employer: many companies will match-fund their employees’ fundraising efforts. Advertise your event through your work intranet or newsletter.
